A workshop to help you build a more connected, vibrant, and mentally healthy home environment.
Is screen time taking a toll on your family’s mental and physical well-being? Is it creating ever more isolation, especially around your family member with disability?
You’re not alone. In today’s fast-paced, tech-saturated world, connection and meaningful interaction are being replaced by endless scrolling and digital distractions.
That’s why we invited Dale Sidebottom and Paul Campbell from The School of Play to present a powerful and practical workshop designed to help people of all ages reclaim joy, movement, and togetherness without devices.
The issues with screentime
- Rising screen time is reducing physical movement, social interaction, and overall well-being.
- Face-to-face conversations are being replaced by social media and digital messaging.
- Families are feeling overwhelmed, time-poor, and uncertain about where to start addressing these challenges.
