What categories of tickets are available?

There are three categories of tickets available.

  • People with disability and their family members: People who are attending to imagine home for themselves or a family member with disability.
  • Professionals: Anyone attending this conference for the purpose of their work. This includes:
    • education and service professionals
    • support workers
    • service providers
    • government representatives
    • people who are attending as employees of other organisations.
  • Everyone else: This category is for
    • allies and friends of people with disability
    • students
    • Circle of Support members
    • community members.

How much are tickets for people with disability and their family members?

People with disability and their family members are invited to attend the conference at no charge.

How much are tickets for professionals?

Anyone attending this conference for the purpose of their work. This includes:

  • education and service professionals
  • support workers
  • service providers
  • government representatives
  • people who are attending as employees of other organisations.

Ticket prices:

  • Early-bird* In-person conference ticket – $195
  • Early-bird* Livestream conference ticket (livestreamed from the main conference room only) – $195
  • In-person conference ticket – $350
  • Livestream conference ticket (livestreamed from the main conference room only) – $350

*Early-bird tickets are available until 5:00 pm on Friday, 3 April 2026

I’m an ally, friend, Circle of Support member, community member, or student. How much are tickets for this category?

Ticket prices:

  • Early-bird* In-person conference ticket – $100
  • Early-bird* Livestream conference ticket (livestreamed from the main conference room only) – $100
  • In-person conference ticket – $175
  • Livestream conference ticket (livestreamed from the main conference room only) – $175

*Early-bird tickets are available until 5:00 pm on Friday, 3 April 2026

Are you offering early-bird pricing?

Yes, early-bird pricing is available for professionals, our friends, and community categories.

People with disability and their families are invited to attend the conference free of charge.

Is there a livestream option?

If you are unable to join us in Canberra for the conference, you can choose a livestream ticket option. You will be able to watch the sessions in the main conference room during the two-day conference.

Please note that we are not livestreaming concurrent sessions.

Questions about the conference

Is this a catered event?

Yes. For those attending the conference in person in Canberra, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.

Will my dietary considerations be considered?

If you have provided your dietary requirements to us, then these will be catered for. You will be asked to provide these at registration. If you did not provide them when you registered, then please email them to Anne at anne@imaginemore.org.au

Please note that dietary requirements provided after Wednesday, 13 May, cannot be catered for.

Is there a networking event during the conference?

Yes, there will be a networking event from 5:00 pm to 7:00 on on Wednesday, 20 May.

On your registration form, you will be asked to indicate whether you will be joining us for this part of the conference.
