Imagine More’s School to Work facilitator Fiona McIntosh will co-present this webinar. Fiona has extensive experience helping families start the Discovery process as part of the Customised Employment approach.
In this session, Fiona will provide practical guidance on how to begin exploring your family member’s strengths, interests, and ideal work conditions. She will also share examples of how families have used the Discovery process to identify meaningful, personalised employment opportunities for their family member with disability.
Simone Whitehead
Simone Whitehead is a part-time practice manager and mother of three. Her youngest, Milly, recently finished year 12. Over the past few years, Simone has used a Customised Employment approach to help Milly find meaningful and fulfilling work experience and employment.
